Switching AI Models

You can easily switch between different AI models to suit your needs. The model selection dropdown allows you to choose from various providers and models.

How to Switch Models

  1. Locate the Dropdown: Find the model selection dropdown menu, usually located at the top or a prominent part of the interface. It will display the currently active model (e.g., “Automatic”).
  2. Open the Dropdown: Click on the dropdown to reveal the list of available models.
  3. Select a Model:
    • Automatic: This option typically selects the best model for your query automatically.
    • Specific Providers: You can choose models from specific providers like Anthropic or Google.
    • Model Variants: Under each provider, you can select specific model variants such as Claude-Sonnet, Claude-Haiku, Gemini-Pro, or Gemini-Flash.
  4. Configuration: Some models, like Claude-Sonnet in the example, might have a settings icon (⚙️) next to them, indicating further configuration options available for that specific model.

Choose the model that best fits the task at hand, considering factors like capability, speed, and cost (if applicable).
