End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Onuro governing your use of our applications and services.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Onuro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal or business use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
  • Create derivative works based on the applications
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the applications for any illegal purpose
  • Transfer your license rights to any other party

Intellectual Property

The applications, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Onuro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Updates and Modifications

Onuro may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, or other modifications to improve the applications. You agree that Onuro may update the applications automatically without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent.

Warranty Disclaimer

The applications are provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind. Onuro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the applications and delete all copies.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onuro operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
